The origins
In 1976, following a trip to the United States, the founder of the Pilote brand, André Padiou, became involved in the production of motorhomes, convinced of the future of this new type of holiday. 2 years later, the famous R360 nacelle bore the 4 letters of the legendary American brand on its radiator grille: Ford.

It’s a go-anywhere vehicle, the length of a van (6.30 m), making it ideal for winding roads and small villages.
Inside, you’ll find a face-to-face lounge for 5 people with an optional drop-down bed (rare for such a small vehicle!). There’s a rear bedroom with a double garage bed, a modular 2-in-1 washroom, and a large storage area capable of carrying 2 bikes.

This compact, 7-meter-long vehicle offers dedicated living areas: a large, spacious lounge for 5 people with face-to-face benches, an isolated bedroom with twin beds, an ingenious washroom featuring a movable partition that transforms the sink/toilet area into a shower, and a very large garage for all your favorite gear.
